Our LBA Cirque Arts Level 3 class is designed for experienced students who are ready to take their circus training to an advanced level. Building on the skills developed in Level 1 and 2, this class focuses on refining technique, mastering more complex acrobatic and aerial skills, and incorporating performance artistry into each movement. Level 3 students will challenge their strength, flexibility, and creativity as they work toward more intricate tricks, dynamic sequences, and professional-level circus routines.

In LBA Cirque Arts Level 3, students will focus on advanced acrobatics, aerial silks, hoop, and partner acro work. The class will introduce multiple rotations, higher-level balancing, flips, and more challenging aerial movements, requiring both increased strength and body control. Students will also be expected to perform more advanced transitions between skills, improving their fluidity, precision, and timing.

LBA Cirque Arts Level 3 emphasizes performance preparation, where students will learn how to combine circus skills with artistic expression. Students will begin choreographing their own short routines, learning to incorporate different circus disciplines and enhance their performances with creativity, storytelling, and stage presence. They will be introduced to the importance of showmanship, how to connect with an audience, and how to perfect their routines for performances or showcases.

Key aspects of this class include:

Advanced aerial techniques, including aerial silks, trapeze, and hoop, with more complex moves and sequences.
Partner acro and acro-balance skills, including pyramids, lifts, and complex partner balancing.
Strength and flexibility training focused on supporting more advanced acrobatic movements.
Creative choreography combining acrobatics, aerial, and circus props.
Stage presence and performance techniques to help dancers engage audiences and perform with confidence.
Progression:
LBA Cirque Arts Level 3 prepares students for Level 4, where they will continue to refine their technical skills and work on longer, more complex routines, as well as push their creativity further in both acrobatics and performance. It also serves as preparation for those aiming to perform in professional settings or audition for circus troupes and advanced training programs.

Students who have not previously attended an LBA Cirque Arts class will be assessed during their trial class by our expert instructors to ensure proper placement in the appropriate level. Progression to the next level will be determined by individual skill development and the teacher’s discretion, ensuring each student is advancing at the right pace for their abilities.

Our highly experienced instructors are committed to helping students develop both the technical and artistic aspects of their circus training in a safe, supportive, and encouraging environment. Whether working toward a performance, an exam, or personal growth, LBA Cirque Arts Level 3 is perfect for those who are passionate about the circus arts and ready to take their skills to the next level.
