Level Up is our senior intensive programme designed to challenge, inspire and develop passionate dancers through two focused training experiences across the year. Combin …moreing technical training, performance development and professional-style rehearsal experience, Level Up supports dancers in building the skills, confidence and mindset of a well-rounded performer — all within LBA’s supportive and high-energy environment. 💜 The Programme Structure Level Up is delivered across two intensives: PART 1 - Easter Intensive ✨ Train Like a Professional ✨ A technique and performance-focused week designed to strengthen foundations and develop performance quality. Dancers work on: - technical precision and alignment - strength, control and movement quality - stage presence and performance skills - versatility and confidence Each day focuses on a different area of development, helping dancers refine their technique and gain insight into how professional performers train. The week finishes with a Company Challenge and informal showcase. PART 2 - Summer Intensive ✨ Perform Like a Professional ✨ Building on the skills developed at Easter, the Summer Intensive focuses on rehearsal process, choreography and performance preparation. Dancers will: - learn and rehearse choreography in a professional-style environment - develop performance detail, musicality and expression - build confidence in stage presence and storytelling - experience working as part of a “company” The week culminates in an informal performance for family and friends, sharing the work created across the week. 🌟 What to Expect Technique & Training Strengthen technical foundations, alignment, control and movement quality. Dynamic Movement & Performance Technique Develop power, turns, leaps and musicality while building confidence and versatility. Stagecraft & Performance Skills Explore expression, storytelling and connection with an audience. Professional Rehearsal Experience Work in a rehearsal-style environment, learning and refining choreography.
