Level Up is our senior intensive programme designed to challenge, inspire and empower passionate dancers through a week o …moref focused training, performance development and professional-style rehearsal experience. Across the week, dancers will work with experienced LBA teachers and guest industry professionals to develop the skills that professional performers rely on — building technique, strength, confidence and stage presence within LBA’s supportive and high-energy environment. Each day focuses on a different aspect of dancer development, helping students refine their technique, develop performance quality and gain insight into how professional dancers train and rehearse. The week finishes with a Company Challenge and informal showcase for families, where dancers will share the choreography they have developed together. 🌟 What to Expect Technique & Training Focused sessions designed to strengthen technical foundations, alignment, control and movement quality. Dynamic Movement & Performance Technique Work on leaps, turns, power and musicality while building confidence and versatility as a performer. Stagecraft & Performance Skills Develop stage presence, expression and storytelling through performance-based training. Professional Rehearsal Experience Dancers will experience a rehearsal-style process, learning choreography and developing performance detail.
