Our LBA Cirque Arts Beginners Level class is the perfect introduction to the exciting world of circus arts! Designed for beginners, this class offers students the chance to explore a variety of circus skills, including acrobatics, balance, flexibility, strength, and coordination. Students will start by building a strong foundation in basic acro techniques, such as handstands, cartwheels, simple tumbling, and partner work, while also learning aerial skills like trapeze, silks, and hoop basics.

At Beginners Level, the focus is on developing core strength, flexibility, and body awareness. Students will practice essential circus arts movements and apparatus, learning how to perform foundational tricks safely and with control. The class will also work on improving general fitness, body alignment, and balance, helping each student build the physical strength needed to progress further in circus skills.

As the class progresses, students will be encouraged to challenge themselves with increasingly complex movements, while focusing on technique, coordination, and creative expression. This fun and dynamic class combines athleticism with artistry, providing students with the tools to develop confidence, strength, and flexibility—both physically and mentally.

Ability-Based and Assessment Process:
If your child has not attended an LBA Cirque Arts class with us before, they will be assessed during their trial class by our LBA Cirque Arts teachers to determine the appropriate level based on their current abilities. The assessment ensures that students are placed in the class that best suits their skill set and readiness for more advanced moves. Progression to the next level will be at the teacher’s discretion, ensuring students move forward at their own pace and mastery of skills.

This class is ideal for students who are new to circus arts or have a background in dance, acro, or gymnastics and are looking to explore a fun, new discipline.
