Our Acro-Dance Level 2 class is designed for dancers who are ready to build on their foundation of acro skills and take their strength, flexibility, and balance to the next level. This class combines the grace of dance with the athleticism of acrobatics, focusing on refining basic acro movements while introducing more advanced skills.

Students will work on perfecting fundamental acro techniques such as cartwheels, handstands, bridges, and front/back walkovers, with an emphasis on form, control, and fluidity. As they progress, they will begin learning more challenging moves like aerials, back handsprings, and variations of these skills, all while maintaining proper alignment and safety.

In addition to acrobatic technique, Acro-Dance Level 2 incorporates dance elements, helping students seamlessly integrate their acro skills into choreographed routines. Dancers will focus on building strength, flexibility, and body awareness, with exercises designed to enhance core stability and improve overall mobility.

Our experienced teachers work closely with each student, providing individualized guidance and support to ensure proper technique and progression in a safe and supportive environment. As students grow in their acrobatic abilities, they will also have opportunities to showcase their skills in performance settings.

This class is perfect for dancers who have completed Acro-Dance Level 1 and are excited to develop their acro skills further. Progression to the next level will be at the teacher's discretion, based on their assessment of your child's development and readiness for more advanced moves.

New Students:
If your child has not attended an Acro-Dance class with us before, they will be assessed during their trial class by our Acro-Dance teachers to determine the appropriate level for their skills and experience.
