Please find everything you need to know below, including rehearsal times, performance details, and costume/prop requirements. 📅 Key Dates Tech Rehearsal – Saturday 7th June | 2:30-5:30pm @The Music Box, Edinburgh College Dress Rehearsal – Tuesday 17th June | 4:00pm–7:00pm @The Music Box, Edinburgh College Full technical and costume run-through. Attendance is essential to ensure a smooth performance. 🎠Performance – Wednesday 18th June | 6:30pm (Call time for Performers will be earlier) 📍Location: Music Box Theatre, Edinburgh College – Sighthill Campus What to Prepare: We would like our performers to start preparing the following to bring to rehearsals and of course, the show. Black plimsoles Knee-high white socks Nude or white slim-fit undergarments - vest top / sports bra / underwear (for easy costume changes) Tan tights and black hot pants to wear underneath costume Props Needed (DIY-style) We’d love your help sourcing the following simple props for the show - Plain School bags (no logos or branded designs, plain or vintage styles work best) Scooters (if you have one to lend, please label it clearly) A trilby style hat A TV Aerial Dark sunglasses x 3 Tea trolley A screen projector Participation Fee: This year we have sourced the main costume for our performers. The participation fee covers costume, props, production costs, your child’s show materials including script, rehearsals, professional photos and staffing. We have also seen an increase in our venue and production costs this year, and this is reflected in the participation fee: £40.00 We would love to make this performance as special as possible for our young performers. To help us fill the theatre and create a buzzing atmosphere, we kindly ask that each family aims to bring at least 5 guests to watch their star perform. Tickets are £12.00 each and will be added to your participation fee total.
